The staff were VERY welcoming. The food and drinks at Ocean Blu were amazing. Victoria at The Cove was our waitress for 2 days of our stay and she was MAGNIFICENT. The Hibiscus Spa treatment really topped the Experience. As mentioned previously, no matter what part of the resort you were in the staff was very welcoming. I felt like the stay was a 20/10 and will be making this my go to stay when visiting. There was a stain on the sheets of one of the beds upon checking in. I went to the service desk and the receptionist immediately with no questions asked accommodated me by moving the room which had a better view as well.

Awesome location.clean and quiet Food was very good. Didn't use the spa but will next time for a massage. Parking is great and beds comfortable. Everything you want in a resort. Old adage you get what you pay for. Won't be my last visit here. Actually liked the drive from airport too. 20 minutes is perfect.

Checking in was a breeze, even though when we got to our rooms the bracelets did not work! Front desk was great when I went back down. They were able to easily fix and give us new, working bracelets. Pool and beach are exactly as pictured and better in person!

This hotel was absolutely fancy and exceeded all our expectations with its impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and breathtaking views. Truly a superb experience from start to finish. The staff was super chill and helpful, the rooms were insanely comfortable and clean, and the views were straight-up stunning. It’s hands down one of the best hotel we've stayed- totally worth it. Can't wait to come back for another epic vacation. The customer service at this hotel was next-level. They were so attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. From handling requests to providing great local tips, Sir Alvin,at the front desk, truly made sure our stay will be unforgettably awesome. Major thumbs up to the team and to you Sir Alvin!

It was a beautiful place. The pool is such a focal point. The room was very clean and updated and the bed was comfortable. The lobby was also very pretty.
